  • Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement that govern the relationship between the consumer and the store.


Article Two - Legal Capacity of the Consumer

The consumer acknowledges that they are legally capable of dealing with the store and that they are at least eighteen years old. The consumer bears all consequences of violating this article to third parties.


Article Three - Nature of Commitment

The store is obligated to provide the service or product. The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services, according to the type of service required.


Article Four - Usage Regulations

The consumer commits to using the platform in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom. The consumer must not use the services in a manner that violates public morals.


Article Five - Account Registration Obligations

The user must provide accurate information and choose a username and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. The user must notify the store of any unauthorized use of their account. The store has the right to suspend or cancel membership if false information is provided.


Article Six - Electronic Communications

Communication will take place via the email registered in the platform. All electronic communications are considered contracts and official letters.


Article Seven - Amendments to the Agreement

The store reserves the right to amend any clause in the agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses. The parties agree that the communication will be written in Arabic.


Article Eight - Payment and Billing Services

The store offers an online payment system and commits to determining the price of the service according to the market value. The store is committed to providing invoices for the amounts and revenues generated.


Article Nine - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to the store. The consumer must respect the store's intellectual property rights.


Article Ten - Store Responsibility

The store is committed to conducting its business according to the applicable regulations. The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence by third parties.


Article Eleven - Access Restrictions

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict their access to the store's services without prior notice.


Article Twelve - Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Thirteen - General Provisions

No clause in this agreement cancels the validity of the remaining clauses. This agreement can only be revoked by a decision from the store's management.



Article Fourteen - Policy on Services, Exchange, and Return


1. Exchange Policy

1.1 Right of Exchange

The consumer has the right to exchange the product within seven days from the date of receipt. The product cannot be exchanged after the mentioned period.


1.2 Exchange Conditions

The product must be in good condition and not used. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange. The consumer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange; for international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs.


1.3 Exceptions to Exchange

The product cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

  • If it has been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
  • If it is a used video tape, compact disc, or any media.
  • If it includes newspapers, magazines, or any publications.
  • If a defect appears due to the consumer's mishandling.



2. Return Policy

2.1 Right of Return

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within seven days of receipt. The product cannot be returned after the specified period.


2.2 Return Conditions

The product must be in good condition and not used. The store has the right to inspect the product before return. The consumer bears the return costs, including international shipping costs if necessary.


2.3 Exceptions to Return

The product cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • If it has been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
  • If it is a used video tape, compact disc, or any media.
  • If it includes newspapers, magazines, or any publications.
  • If a defect appears due to the consumer's mishandling.



3. Special Conditions for Products and Services

3.1 Graphic Design Services

No returns are allowed for any order that includes graphic design once the design process has begun.


3.2 Software Services

No returns for software services are allowed unless the error is on our part at a 100% rate. A refund may occur depending on the situation.


3.3 E-Commerce Store Creation Services

In the case of a return or cancellation request, the value of completed services will be deducted from the refund.


3.4 Services Based on External Platforms

We do not bear responsibility for faults in the external platform during execution.


3.5 Store Visibility Improvement Services (SEO)

No guarantees are made for specific numbers of visits or sales.



4. Cancellation and Return Policy

The client has the right to cancel the order and recover the service value before execution begins. The client cannot request a return after service execution has started.


5. Conditions for Service Value Refund

The order must be in the review stage.

  • We are not responsible for non-renewal or expiration of subscriptions.
  • We guarantee services are executed correctly.
  • Passwords must be changed upon receipt of accounts.
